Kobe Beef Burgers

This recipe makes the most of Kobe beef in a great American cheesburger.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kobe Beef Patties
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Hamburger Buns
  • 2 Cheddar cheese slices
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Slided tomato
  • Sliced onion
  • Dill Pickle slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  • Season both sides of the patty with salt and pepper. Place the patties on a hot grill or grill pan. Allow to cook on one side until nicely seared. Flip the patty over and cook the other side.
  • Lay a slice of cheese on top. Remove the patty from the heat when the cheese melts.
  • This beef is best served medium rare to retain the juices and not dry out. Of course this is entirely your choice as is the toppings you add.
  • Toast the buns lightly on the grill when you remove the meat and add your favorite burger toppings.
