Taquitos Enchilada Casserole Recipe
This easy dinner takes less time than making enchiladas from scratch and will become one of your favorite casserole recipes for busy nights. Use frozen taquitos and a couple of other ingredients to make lazy enchiladas!

18 count package frozen beef flour taquitos or chicken 8 ounce block of marble jack cheese 2 10 oz cans enchilada sauce 1 lime, sliced small bunch Cilantro, to taste Sour cream to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Shred the cheese.
Pour ½ can of enchilada sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole pan.
Arrange the taquitos in the baking dish in a single layer.
Pour the remainder of the sauce over the taquitos, then sprinkle with cheese.
Transfer to the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Slice the lime, and chop the cilantro.
Remove casserole from the oven, top with lime slices and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
