Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules or fresh chopped

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry the tomatoes, then slice each into four slices (lengthwise).
  • In a medium bowl, add the sliced tomatoes, and all the other ingredients. Stir to combine.
  • Arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer skin side down.
  • Fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, check on them around the 8 minute mark.
