- 5 medium tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules or fresh chopped
Wash and pat dry the tomatoes, then slice each into four slices (lengthwise).
In a medium bowl, add the sliced tomatoes, and all the other ingredients. Stir to combine.
Arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer skin side down.
Fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, check on them around the 8 minute mark.
