Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the water and cornstarch, in a medium mixing bowl, that’s microwave safe.Whisk the ingredients and place in the microwave for 1 minute, before removing the bowl and stirring again. If you do not have a microwave cook over medium heat until it gets hot but does not boil.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add the cornstarch slurry to the mixing bowl.
Whisk and place back in the microwave for another 3 minutes, pausing to stir halfway through.
Use right away or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 1 week.
