4dinner rollslike Kings Hawaiian
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
½teaspoonprepared horseradishmore if you like the heat
2tablespoonsbutter
1tablespponhot honeyor regular honey
1tablespoonpoppy seeds
¼ teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonmustardDijon or yellow mustard
¼poundthinly sliced deli ham
3slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
Using a serrated knife slice horizontally midway through the conneected rolls. Keep the tops and bottoms connected.
Add the horseradish to the mayonnaise and mix well.
Spread the mayonnaise/horseradish mixture evenly on the tops and bottoms of the rolls.
Pile the slices of ham on the tops part of the buns. Quarter the cheese slices and arrange evenly on the boot, prat of the buns.
Carefully place the tops over the bottoms and place them into a 6" x6" baking pan.
Add the butter, poppy seeds, honey, salt, and mustard in a small saucepot.
Over low heat melt the butter and stir to combine all the ingredients.
Generously brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls and down the sides using all of it.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees oven until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
