soy sauce

Jack Daniels Whiskey

crushed pineapple

cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large heavy pot.
Bring to a rolling boil then reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook until the sauce is thick and reduced to half the original volume.
If the sauce is too thick at serving time, add a little pineapple juice to thin it down.
