Weight Watchers Friendly Dinners for Two

I've lived much of my adult life as an overweight person. When the Weight Watchers program came to my town, I was first in line to burst through the doors of the first meeting. I went behind the privacy curtains and weighed. The scale monitor wrote my weight on a small chalkboard and held it up for me to see, lest anyone overhear if she said it aloud. I took my seat and I cringed as the time for me to stand up and tell my story drew closer. "Hi, my name is Mary and I am obese." Duh. I think everyone in the room had already figured that out. But I stayed, lost weight, and looked forward to the weekly weigh-ins and progress sharing. As a senior citizen, my weight loss journey is mostly under control, but I remember well the days of counting points. I remember how hard it was to cook for a family, food I could not eat. With the help of fellow food bloggers, I have put together a collection of recipes featuring Weight Watcher Friendly Dinners for Two. I love cooking these dinners for my family of two and I hope you do too.

(If you need more servings, that can easily be adjusted in the recipe cards.)

Weight Watchers has evolved over time so much that it recently rebranded as WW, a hipper version of Weight Watchers. The diet plans have changed from WW points to personal points to zero points to smart points to freestyle smart points. There's a blue plan, a green plan, a purple plan, and a weight watchers freestyle program as well as a WW app! These were all just pipe dreams the day I slunk out from behind that curtain in 1974.

When I joined Weight Watchers we all followed the same plan. I am aware that nowadays people are not all on the same plan, and for that reason, I am not including a point calculator, but you can download one at Calculator.net.

Here are our 19 Best Weight Watchers Dinner Recipes:
