Beef
Beef protein is a complete protein, with all essential amino acids you need to maintain and repair body tissue. A six ounce serving of beef provides all the recommended daily protein for most adults.
We eat less beef than we used to, but we do indulge in steaks, as well as ground beef in pastas, tacos, and meatballs. I have to admit we like our burgers over here too. We have some great beef recipes including a close clone of the famous Big Mac, courtesy of a video I watched years ago on a TV news program.
