    Chicken is probably the most versatile of all the meats. It can be cooked in so many ways, and the white meat lover's get their way as do the dark meat lovers. I can't even decide which of my chicken recipes I love the best but Sticky Lemon Chicken is a true contender. although not my original recipe, a nostalgic favorite is Grandmother's Chicken. This one is braised with mushrooms, Yukon gold potatoes, and bacon until unbelievably tender and juicy.
