Why You'll Enjoy This Delicious Recipe:

    • It is an easy peanut butter fudge recipe.
    • Stores well with plastic wrap over the top of the fudge in an airtight container. Great recipe for making ahead of time.
    • It is an easy fudge, creamy fudge, and the best part, it is homemade fudge!
    • It uses a 6x6 inch square pan but the recipe can easily be doubled for an 8x8 inch pan.
    • Use different ingredients to switch it up. Instead of peanut butter, use peanut butter cups!

Ingredients for 6 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

All the ingredients for 6 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge.
    • White chocolate chips - these add flavor while helping the fudge set.
    • Sugar - I highly recommend extra fine granulated sugar (baking sugar) as it is less likely for the fudge to become grainy.
    • Marshmallow creme - make your own or use the jarred kind. Hint: Since we are only using half the jar, it is easiest to use a hot spoon to remove the marshmallow creme.
    • Evaporated milk - not sweetened condensed milk!
    • Vanilla - use real vanilla extract.
    • Butter - I use salted butter and omit the ⅛ teaspoon salt in the recipe.
    • Peanut Butter - I use creamy natural peanut butter, with no-added-sugar just to keep the sweetness down. Use whatever you like. Use chunky peanut butter to add a little crunch to the creamy texture of the fudge.

Full ingredients list & measurements are provided in the recipe card.

    Step-by-Step Photo Instructions

    Buttered 6"x6" baking dish.

Butter a 6" x 6" square baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Pot with sugar, butter, marshmallow creme, vanilla, and evaporated milk.

Add the marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, vanilla, butter, and salt to a pot.

Pot with ingredients starting to melt together.

Stir over medium heat until the marshmallow and butter melt.

Pot with candy thermometer and cooking sugar mixture.

Attach a candy thermometer and cook until the mixture reaches 200 degrees f.

The next step did not get photographed because it has to be done quickly or the chocolate chips will seize up. At this time the peanut butter would be added to the hot mixture and stirred to incorporate. Then, while the peanut butter mixture is still very hot, the white chocolate chips will be added and stirred in very quickly until fully melted.

Peanut butter fudge poured into buttered pan.

Add the peanut butter and white chocolate chips. Stir until chips melt.

Plate of pieces of peanut butter fudge.

Cool. When completely cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
